This is personally one of our favorite classic china patterns. It is a perfect fit for every home or interior. This colorful pattern represents the joy, quality and style. Whether the interior is made in mid-century, industrial, modern or shabby chic style, the tobacco leaf pattern fits it all. Tobacco Leaf, one of the most prized of Chinese Export patterns, was developed circa 1780 and it is still a staple today.
This Mottahedeh print in versatile in many ways. There is such an array of colors to pull from. We chose the navy linen from the darkest blue in the print. The berry napkin from the beautiful tabacco flower in the center and finished it off with touches of gold. Changing each detail of your design when pairing with the Mottahehedeh print is so easy you can’t really go wrong. However you you choose to design your tablescape using the Tabacco Leaf print, you will surely wow your clients or guest with the amount of options there are available.
Our all white flower arrangement was inspired by the ability to take a timeless design and pair it with a modern and monochromatic look. While the pink flowers are seen in a more traditional glass compote that allows the timeless theme to be carried throughout. Because of our love for this print we had fun shooting these two looks in our studio.
BE INSPIRED BY YOUR CHINA PIECES
This white china inspired this shoot to be entirely white for a chic minimal design. You can’t go wrong using this look anytime of the year. Don’t over think a monochromatic scheme. From here you can add decor, change the candles, or the floral colors to dramatically change the aesthetic. It is a blank canvas.
BE BOLD WITH COLOR
Pulling colors from your plate pattern allows for a wide range of options to choose from. This all pink arrangement makes for an entirely different look compared to an all white flower arrangement. Don’t be afraid of color when it comes to making decisions with your china.
